We love our parents and friends of parents coming along for some wonderful morning fitness and putting vitality in their day kicking off with a great swim session at Ironside pool (St Lucia) or our West End pool.

Every session will be a different with interesting programs aiming at working different energy systems, increasing aerobic fitness, burning calories, strengthening and toning your body.
More advanced programs are prescribed for Advanced or competitive adults while more gentle programs and swimming skills and drills are written for the beginner or less fit adult swimmer.
We love parents being great role models and working their fitness and nurturing their swimming ability.
Learn to Swim Adult private lessons are also available, separate to Adult Squad swimming.
